Please note our chocolates are made without any preservatives and are best enjoyed fresh. This product has a 2-3 week shelf life.

We will ship all bonbon products frozen. There will be no expiry date indicated on the back of the bonbon boxes. This will allow you to control how many boxes you would like to put onto the shelf at a time. It will be your responsibility to write in the expiry date on the back of the box once putting it on the shelf. To thaw bonbons: place bonbons into the fridge for 24 hours before putting onto the shelf. Please call us should you have any questions about this process.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We ask that you please provide 5 business days for us to hand-craft your order. Delays may occur during busy holiday seasons. Are you in a pinch? Give us a call at 416.882.1535 and we can try to accommodate. 

Ordering for a future holiday? Not a problem! We are happy to offer delayed delivery. You will be given the option to choose a pick up/delivery date upon check out. (we appreciate you giving us more time to produce your order)
